  • This experience uses a private 7-seat business vehicle or larger because the route covers several Shenzhen districts and tech areas.
  • Drone delivery, autonomous mobility, robotics displays, store access, and demonstrations may vary by date, weather, operating hours, store policy, platform availability, and local availability.
  • The included drone delivery element refers to one shared trial order where available. If drone delivery is not operating that day, we will replace it with route context and another suitable drink or snack stop when possible.
  • This is a guided city-based technology experience, not a factory visit, official company meeting, procurement service, or technical consulting program.

Cancellation

Standard Local Experience cancellation terms

Unless the written booking confirmation states otherwise, the default policy for standard half-day and full-day Local Experiences is:

  • Cancellation seven or more calendar days before the scheduled start: full refund.
  • Cancellation from 72 hours to less than seven calendar days before the scheduled start: 50% refund.
  • Cancellation less than 72 hours before the scheduled start: non-refundable.
  • No-show: non-refundable.

All services are request-based and subject to availability. After we confirm the date, scope, inclusions and price in writing, INSIDE CHINA JOURNEYS LIMITED will send a secure payment link or, where agreed, bank-transfer instructions.

A booking is confirmed only after we receive the required payment and issue written booking confirmation.

Standard Local Experiences use the price displayed on the relevant product page or in the written quotation. Tailor-Made China Journeys, Business Visits and Personal Journeys are quoted individually according to the route, dates, group size, accommodation, transport, hosts, guides and special arrangements.

SERVICE DELIVERY

We provide travel, experience and visit-support services. No physical goods are shipped.

Booking confirmations, itineraries, meeting details, service instructions and updates are delivered electronically by email, WhatsApp or WeChat. The actual service is delivered in China on the date, time and at the location shown in the booking confirmation.
