1. Pricing
Local Experiences use the price displayed on the relevant product page or in a written quotation.
Private Journeys, Business Visits and Special-Purpose Trips are quoted individually based on factors such as dates, group size, route, accommodation, transport, hosts, guides, interpreters, tickets and special arrangements.
The applicable quotation will state what is included and excluded.
2. Payment methods
After availability and the service scope have been confirmed, may provide:
- a secure online payment link;
- bank-transfer instructions; or
- another agreed payment method.
Available methods and currencies may vary by customer location and booking.
3. Payment links
The amount and currency displayed on the payment link correspond to the relevant deposit, instalment or full payment.
Do not make payment if the amount or booking information differs from the written quotation. Contact us first so that we can correct the payment request.
4. Deposits and instalments
Some bookings require a deposit followed by a balance payment. Larger tailor-made journeys may be paid in instalments.
The payment schedule and due dates will be shown in the quotation or booking confirmation.
5. Fees
We do not add undisclosed booking fees.
Any planning fee, service fee, supplier charge, tax or other charge payable to us will be stated before payment.
A customer’s bank, card issuer or payment provider may independently charge foreign-exchange, international transaction or other fees. Those third-party charges are outside our control.
6. Payment confirmation
A successful card authorisation alone does not replace written booking confirmation.
We will issue confirmation after the payment is received and the required arrangements are secured.
7. Receipts and invoices
Payment confirmations, receipts or commercial invoices may be provided electronically.
8. Failed or reversed payments
If a payment fails, is reversed or is disputed, the booking may remain unconfirmed or may be suspended until payment is resolved.
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so that we have an opportunity to investigate and assist.
