• This experience uses a private 7-seat business vehicle or larger because the route goes outside central Chengdu and covers multiple locations.
• Panda feeding, red panda encounters, or keeper-style experiences are subject to venue rules, animal welfare requirements, date, availability, guest eligibility, and local policy. We confirm the actual arrangement before payment.
• Tai Chi arrangements may vary based on teacher availability, weather, venue access, and date.

Unless the written booking confirmation states otherwise, the default policy for standard half-day and full-day Local Experiences is:

• Cancellation seven or more calendar days before the scheduled start: full refund.
• Cancellation from 72 hours to less than seven calendar days before the scheduled start: 50% refund.
• Cancellation less than 72 hours before the scheduled start: non-refundable.
• No-show: non-refundable.
